Dehdasht Municipality

With the help of Almighty God and the Ahl al-Bayt  (peace be upon them), we entered Municipality of Dehdasht and were warmly welcomed by the municipal staff. A meeting was held with Mr. Shariati, the Head of Network and Servers, during which the implementation process was discussed. Following the necessary coordination, access to the server room was granted and the initial steps for launching the system were carried out. With the cooperation of Mr. Shariati, the required access permissions were established, and technical operations for setting up the system’s IVR were completed in collaboration with the technical teams of Company Satia Rey Ertebat Pars and the municipality. Finally, the successful registration of a request through the IVR system was achieved.

The system has been fully localized and aligned with the municipality’s operational structure. In a session attended by the head of the IT Department, Ms. Hadi-Nia, and Mr. Taghavi, the Urban Management System iAPP was thoroughly tested. During the same session, the Urban Management System iAPP of Municipality Dehdasht was officially delivered to and training was provided for the respected municipal staff. We hope that implementing this system will be a step toward providing better and more extensive services.
