Introduction

In line with the development of Information Technology (IT) and greater utilization of the Internet infrastructure, the company has designed and produced the Organization SMS Center software. In this system, a dedicated number (e.g., 30005050) is assigned to your organization. Recipients receive your messages through this number and can also send replies, survey responses, competition entries, and other messages to the same number.

Multi-User Capability

Since the system is web-based, you can define multiple users for different departments of your organization. With proper access control, each user can securely use the system via the web. User access to phonebook data is easy to manage.

Organizational Phonebook

A fully Persian phonebook is created where employees, subscribers, contractors, and partners can be stored. You can easily send greetings, birthday wishes, announcements, tenders, auctions, and other notifications, and evaluate responses received. Contacts can be imported from Excel, TXT files, or SQL databases.

Individual and Group SMS Sending

You can send messages in Persian or English to individuals or groups from the phonebook. Dynamic SMS allows personalized messages (e.g., adding recipient name and gender automatically). Bulk messaging is also supported based on postal code, city, province, phonebook, and number ranges.

Survey Capability

You can send surveys to selected audiences (e.g., “How do you rate the organization’s transport service?”). The system automatically categorizes responses and generates statistical reports, including participant numbers and results.

Scheduled SMS

This feature allows timed messages (like reminders, greetings, or alerts). For example, schedule reminders for meetings, payments, or holiday greetings.

Alert Messaging

The system can automatically send alerts—for example, when stock levels fall below a defined threshold or when connected to an electronic correspondence system.

Range-Based Bulk Messaging

Messages can be sent sequentially across a range of numbers (e.g., informing an entire city).

Receiving Organizational SMS

You can access received messages from anywhere via the web, read, reply, search, and print messages.

Competition Module

You can design contests with one question and multiple answers. The system identifies correct answers, produces statistical reports, and can randomly select winners.

Users can send keywords (e.g., employee ID, letter number) and automatically receive requested information such as bonuses or document status.
